Ruroc Limited is a British manufacturer of high-performance protective helmets and gear, founded in 2007 and headquartered in Gloucester.
Following the appointment of the Administrators PWC, a sale of substantially all of the Company’s business and assets to Tytan PG Limited (“the Purchaser”), a newly incorporated entity wholly owned by the ultimate parent company company Ruroc Global Holdings Limited. All employees of the Company have transferred to the Purchaser on completion.
CAPA have been appointed to carry out a rates audit over the companies properties.
