The UKs largest Pizza Hut franchise operator in the UK has been rescued.
Heart with Smart Ltd formerly trading as Pizza Hut (UK) Ltd, the largest dine-in pizza hut franchise operator, has been acquired by Directional Capital in a pre-pack transaction. This has ensured the continued operation of 139 PIZZA HUT restaurants throughout the UK and safeguards over 3000 jobs.
Will Wright and Chris Pole of Interpath Advisory were appointed as joint administrators of Heart with Smart Ltd on 16/1/2025.
CAPA have been appointed to carry out a full rates audit over the past and present Portfolio which includes 177 properties.
