The popular dessert chain Crepeaffaire has been sold in a prepack administration to Crepe Trading and Crepe Union.
Experts from business advisory firm Quantuma have secured the future of crêperie café chain Crêpeaffaire in a sale to Crepe Union and Crepe Trading. On 14 January 2025, Quantuma managing directors, Brian Burke and Elias Paourou were appointed as joint administrators of the Crêpeaffaire group of companies, comprising Crêpeaffaire Limited, Crêpeaffaire International Limited and Crêpeaffaire Holdings Limited.
It's understood 7 sites throughout England have been sold to Crepe Trading with 2 closing in Chester and Westfield/London.
CAPA have been appointed to carry out a rates audit over 11 properties.
