Following the company entering Administration, the operation of the business continued to trade through under the management of the Administrator. Existing tenants remained in occupation under all-inclusive rental agreements, with business rates liability continuing as an expense of the Administration. A proposal was submitted to split the assessment into occupied and vacant parts. The savings to the Administration Fund to-date exceed £250,000 and will continue until the property is sold.
