    The Little Car Company which makes miniaturised electric versions of classic cars has secured a rescue deal led by an American merchant banking group.

    The future of Hedley Studios - formerly known as The Little Car Company - has been salvaged through a pre-pack administration deal.

    FRP Advisory acted as administrator before selling the business to an entity controlled by Island Capital Group.

    Hedley Studios was founded in 2018, when luxury car-maker Bugatti approached Ben Hedley to see if he could recreate a 1920s Type 35 racing car at half-scale to mark its 110th anniversary.

    Rea Valley Tractors sold, serviced and repaired agricultural machinery as well as workplace storage solutions.

    It has headquarters in Burton-on-Trent and sites in Ormskirk, Denbigh, Knighton, Welshpool, Middlewich, Cubley and Shrewsbury.

    Administrators PWC have appointed CAPA to carry out a property audit over the companies 13 properties.

  • Altegra Integrated Solutions and Altegra Access and Security Systems Ltd - In Administration

    Tim Higgins, Edward Williams and Jane Steer of PWC have been appointed as joint administrators of Altegra Integrated Solutions Limited and Altegra Access & Security Systems Limited (together “the Companies”). 

    Headquartered in Burton-on-Trent and operating from Lopen Head Business Park, Somerset, the Companies are primarily engaged in materials handling equipment and access control systems.  

    The Companies are both subsidiaries of Dunstall Holdings Limited, which entered administration on 10 September 2025, as a result of difficult trading conditions over a prolonged period and inflationary cost pressures.

    On appointment, the Joint Administrators completed a sale of the business of the Lopen-based Altegra Integrated Solutions Limited to Jofson North Limited and a separate sale of the business of Altegra Access & Security Systems Limited to Dorwingear Limited. 

    CAPA have been engaged by PWC to carry out a rates audit over the 7 premises.

  • Totally PLC, Greenbrook Healthcare (Hounslow) Limited, Vocare Limited All In Administration (together ‘the Companies’)

    Totally Plc is a leading healthcare service provider in the UK and Ireland, working in partnership with the NHS and other providers to deliver healthcare services through its divisions of Urgent Care. Totally Plc entered Administration and Timothy Vance and Samuel James Woodward, partners of EY-Parthenon’s Turnaround and Restructuring team, were appointed as Joint Administrators.

    Shortly following their appointment, on 8 June 2025, the Joint Administrators completed a sale of the business and certain assets of the Companies to PHL Group G1 Limited, PHL Group V1 Limited and PHL Group Finance Limited, and the businesses are continuing to trade under new ownership.

    CAPA have been appointed by EY - Parthenon to carry out a property audit over the companies portfolio.

  • Greenbank Engineering Services Ltd (in admin)

    The administration of a group of four Derbyshire-based engineering businesses which can trace their roots back to the 1950s has been confirmed, with a number of staff made redundant.

    Lee Causer and Ben Peterson of BDO LLP were appointed joint administrators of the group on 9th September 2025 – Greenbank Terotech Limited, Greenbank Engineering Services Limited, Ammegen Limited and The Greenbank Group UK Holdings Limited.

    This follows Franklyn Yates Engineering - another company owned by Greenbank - also collapsing into administration earlier this year.

    Originally established in 1954, the group provided a range of engineering services including design, manufacturing, supply and installation services to the bulk-handling, power, energy from waste, rail, water and wastewater industries.

    BDO have appointed CAPA to carry out a rates audit over the portfolio.
