    The London office of Mazars appoint CAPA to carry out a property audit on the London based Polish Bakery property portfolio.

    Founded in 2003, it was the oldest Polish bakery in UK and supplied all the large supermarket chains including ASDA.

  • Wilko

    CAPA have been appointed by administrators PWC to carry out a full property audit over the 398 properties operated by Wilko.

    Earlier this year, Wilko shut its UK shops after going into administration. Almost all of Wilko’s 12,500 workers were made redundant. Up to 71 stores are to become Poundland shops, and up to 51 stores to reopen under rival discounter B&M.
