Snow+Rock, the winter sports retailer, has instructed CAPA to provide a service charge management role across its entire network of stores.
Founded by a small team of snow sports obsessed individuals who saw an opportunity, Snow+Rock was launched in 1982, with the first store opening on Kensington High Street, London.
CAPA will now manage the service charges across all the retailer's sites, and recover any amounts that have been overcharged.
This service is already provided to the parent company, Cotswold Outdoor, covering 41 stores.
