EE, operator of the UK's biggest mobile network, has instructed CAPA to audit and manage its service charges.

EE has around 553 retail stores, and services more than 31 million connections across its mobile, fixed and wholesale networks. CAPA has been instructed to audit and manage service charges on a portfolio of its properties.

CAPA's auditors will use bespoke software to audit service charges to discover any overspend or error. Once discovered, this overspend will be recovered and in turn generate cash across the stores.

CAPA has provided service charge management and audit services to a range of large companies in the telecoms and retail sectors, including Carphone Warehouse and JD Sports.
