Carphone Warehouse, the online mobile retailer and comparison site, has instructed CAPA to carry out service charge management across a portfolio of sites.
The retailer, which compares handsets and network tariffs across providers, has around 1,100 retail stores in the UK and Ireland. It has now instructed CAPA to unearth cash within service charge processes.
CAPA's auditors will use bespoke software to audit Carphone Warehouse's service charges to discover any overspend or error across a portfolio of sites. Once discovered, this overspend will be recovered to generate extra cash across those sites.
CAPA has provided service charge management and audit services to a range of large companies in the telecoms and retail sectors, including EE, Phones4u, Austin Reed and JD Sports.
